Product appearance specifications: Pure PLE film is divided into two primary color films: transparent and semi transparent.
Product production specifications: The production process is a rolling process, and the current trial production door width is 1.5-2 meters. The thickness can produce 8-30 threads, with a square gram weight of 98 grams/m2 for 10 threads.
Product chemical characteristics: odorless, non-toxic, aldehyde-free, environmentally friendly new material that has reached food grade standards, and has passed EU ROHS and REACH testing.
Product physical characteristics: High temperature resistance, cold resistance, non cracking, (material is not easy to harden in an environment of -10 degrees Celsius), with a transverse elongation of 1284% and a longitudinal elongation of 1587%, ensuring higher tensile strength and superior toughness of the product, which can be applied to different market demands.
Two major advantages of the product:
Compared to traditional PVC materials, it is more environmentally friendly. PVC produces dioxins (primary carcinogens) in high temperature and combustion environments, while PLE combustion only produces carbon dioxide and water (non-toxic, harmless, pollution-free, and odorless).
Compared to EVA raw materials, in addition to cost and price advantages, the proportion of PLE is 0.95
And EVA is at 1.3, which is 30% lighter, which means that with the same thickness and width, the usable area is larger.
Pure EVA film is priced at $3000 on the market, while the PLE film we have that can replace EVA is priced at $2000
