Zinc is a bluish-white, lustrous metal. It is brittle at ambient temperatures but is
malleable at 100 to 150°C. It is a reasonable conductor of electricity, and burns in air
at high red heat with evolution of white clouds of the oxide. Plating thin layers of zinc
on to iron or steel is known as galvanizing and helps to protect the iron from corrosion.

1. In a pan, empty the contents of this pack and add 70 ml (Approx. 1/2 cup) of water and mix well without lumps.
2. Cook for 10 minutes in medium flame with continuous stirring & add ghee (Approx. 200 ml) at frequent intervals during the process.
3. Apply Ghee in a plate & transfer the Mysore Pak. Decorate with Nuts/Dry fruits of your choice if needed. Cut into pieces once it is cooled.{Ideally cutting is done when it is slightly warm only to avoid breakage}

APPLICATIONS
In Custards, Dairy Puddings, Yoghurts, and Desserts:ANGEL CLEATION 3300 (V8) is widely used in UHT Dairy applications due to its Compatibility with milk proteins, excellent Flavour release and outstanding Process Tolerance. It imparts a Rich creamy mouth feel, a smooth Short Texture and Low Hot Viscosity which are desirable characteristics of Dairy products. It can also be used as a Thickener and Stabilizing agent. At high concentrations, ANGEL CLEATION 3300 (V8) will set to a stable tender gel upon cooling. ANGEL CLEATION 3300 (V8) may be used in conjunction with other gelling hydrocolloids to produce a further range of unique textures. It will form smooth short textured pastes at levels of 3 to 5%.
Bakery Jams:ANGEL CLEATION 3300 (V8) can be used in Bakery fillings to give excellent Bake stability and good Flavour release. In such applications, usage levels are typically 5 to 6% which will provide a Thermo Reversible gel. ANGEL CLEATION 3300 (V8) can be used as an economical replacer for pectin.
