FD Pilot-type Freeze-Dryer simplifies the cumbersome operation of small freeze-dryers, prevents material contamination, and accelerates the sublimation of material moisture. We make high-quality copra by drying fresh coconut meat (kernel) in hybrid solar dryers. With efficient and continuous drying technology, we can reduce the moisture content of fresh coconut kernels from around 50% to lower than 6% within 48 hours. This result can be achieved by utilizing solar energy during daylight and renewable energy from smokeless biomass burning all night long.

We only pick mature coconut fruits for the drying process, coconut must be put in a dryer immediately after opening to prevent microbes such as fungus, mold, and bacteria to grow. We keep the temperature in the oven dryer between 60 to 70 degrees Celsius. We inspect the copra periodically during the drying process, any damaged copra should be removed from the oven dryer immediately.

The ripeness level is depending on transit time using for transport to destination plus shelf life for sell at destination.
Durian can also be export as Peeled Fresh Durian in retail package. This is more convenient than Whole Fresh Durian
which is sophisticated to whom that have less knowledge of how to notice the ripeness level (sotfness of the Durian meat).
USES

How the Dry Fodder is Produced?
Stage-1: Different types of Agro Hay and Straws are passed through High Temperature Thermal Cooking. Wherein the dry forage is Moisturized and Cooked.
Stage-2: Then after its powdered to smaller particle size.
Stage-3: The Powdered Forage is Re-cooked at a comparatively lower temperature and finishing of the cooked forage is done.
Stage-4: At post finishing stage, the forage is passed through High Compression Dryers to reduce the moisture level at below 10%
Stage-5: After De-humidification, the material is passed through Surface Tension sewers to make the final material homogenous
Stage-6: The homogenous material is packed in 39 Kgs PP Packing
