The stainless steel wire mesh sintered filter element is a derivative product of stainless steel sintered mesh. In this filter material, the wire woven mesh is laminated and vacuum sintering to create a multilayer wire mesh, which is strong mechanically.
The stainless steel metal sintered mesh filter structure generally contains five layers, which are divided into five parts: protective layer, filter layer, separation layer, support layer and reinforcement layer. TOPTITECH sintered wire mesh filter is composed of multiple layers of sintered wire mesh panels that are heated, pressed, and bonded together using high-temperature vacuum sintering, argon arc, or plasma welding. The size and distribution of the holes are determined by the selection of wire diameter, mesh size, mesh layer, and weaving method of the wire mesh. The sintered wire mesh filter is the ideal material for filtering because of the superior mechanical qualities produced by the manufacturing process. The standard product is typically made up of five layers, but it can be customized to include six or seven layers upon customer request.
Wire mesh filter cloth is made of high quality stainless steel wire or other metal wire. Stainless steel wire is wear-resisting, heat-resisting, acid-resisting and corrosion resisting. Stainless steel filter cloth is extensively used in mining, chemical industry, food industry and pharmaceutical industry.
Plain dutch weave:
Woven as a plain weave, but with the warp wires of greater diameter than the weft wires. The weft wires are very close to gather so that a so-called zero-mesh structure is formed; while the warp wire sare thicker and arranged wider apart.
Twill dutch weave:
"twill" indicates the warp and weft wire spass alternately above two and below two wires.
"dutch" refers to the use of a heavier warp wire diameter in conjunction with a lighter weft wire diameter.

Sintered mesh filters are resistant to high temperatures and corrosion, so they are usually used for purification and filtration of liquids and gases, separation and recovery of solid particles, transpiration cooling at extreme high temperatures, and airflow control distribution. Multiple Layer Sintered Mesh Laminate
Multiple layer sintered mesh laminate, with layers ranging from two to more than 25, offers improved mechanical qualities for filters and applications involving harsh environments. One-layer wire mesh is not structurally rigid and is readily damaged when used for filtering, separation, and sifting. A deep filter media may tolerate a high pressure drop by adding to one or more layers sequentially and sintering them.
Six-layer sintered mesh is made to add one layer of 12-mesh on top of a sturdy base of five-layer sintered mesh. Six-layer sintered mesh laminate is a three-in-one medical filter plate that may be used for filtering, washing, and drying. It comes in two varieties: split and monolithic construction.
