Our factory covers 85,538 square meters. There are 125 staffs including 22 engineers and 43 technicians. All the staffs are well-trained. We have advanced gear equipment, most of them are imported from Gleason and Ipsen. For the high quality production, there are CNC hypoid cutting machine, IPSEN Double-row Continuous Furnace, Box-type furnace and Gleason Quenching Press Machine CNC Smart lapping machines, CNC hypoid bevel gear grinding machine (we are also the first automobile gear manufacturer who imported the 275HG grinding machine in China). For the strict quality control, there are Sigma7 Gear Analysis Center, Gleason 600HTT CNC testing machine, Gleason 360T CNC testing machine, Klingelnberg T50 CNC testing Machine etc.
Annually we can manufacture about 400,000 sets of Spiral Bevel Gears.
