Seamless Tubes are important materials in making foundations in both offshore as well as onshore projects.
Seamless Tubes are easy to weld to form a desired structure. These Seamless Tubes are mainly composed of austenite and ferrite. The materials are very easy to get and have an excellent durable nature. The main applications of these kinds of Seamless Tubes are in the heat exchanger tubes that require a resistance to high temperature. These Seamless Tubes are also used in paper making machines and in the seawater handling systems.
The super duplex tubes are different in their material composition. This particular type is rich in both molybdenum and chromium. This gives a higher resistance against the corrosion. The alloying costs are less like the other duplex tubes. The fabrication and the management cost of these tubes are remarkably lesser than other tubes. These tubes protect the construction from the environmental erosion to give the structure an enhanced solidity.

Cold Drawn Seamless Steel Pipe as implied is made by cold drawing a larger mother seamless pipe, which is generally manufactured through an HFS process. In the Cold Drawn Seamless process, the mother pipe is pulled through a die & plugin cold without any heating. Because of the tool on the outside and inside the surface and tolerances are better in Cold Drawn Seamless. While this is an additional process over HFS, it is necessary to get smaller size pipes that otherwise cannot be manufactured in HFS. Some applications which require close tolerances and smooth surfaces also specify the requirements to be necessarily Cold Drawn Seamless. Cold Drawn Seamless pipes & tubes are extensively used in Heat-Exchanger, Bearing & Automotive sectors. Cold drawn seamless steel pipe is used for the mechanical structure, hydraulic equipment, which has precision size, good surface finish. It can greatly reduce mechanical processing hours and improve material utilization, and improve the quality of products. High-quality cold-drawn seamless steel pipes are mainly using the 10# 20#. In addition, to ensure chemical composition and mechanical properties, it will check by the Hydrostatic test, crimping, flared, and Squashed test. Cold Drawn Seamless (CDS) as implied is made by cold drawing a larger mother seamless pipe, which is generally manufactured through an HFS process. In the CDS process, the mother pipe is pulled through a die & plugin cold without any heating. Because of the tool on the outside and inside the surface and tolerances are better in CDS. While this is an additional process over HFS, it is necessary to get smaller size pipes that otherwise cannot be manufactured in HFS. Some applications which require close tolerances and smooth surfaces also specify the requirements to be necessarily CDS. CDS pipes & tubes are extensively used in Heat-Exchanger, Bearing & Automotive sectors.

Alloy 304 (uns s30400) stainless steel pipe is a variation of the 18% chromium ¿c 8% nickel austenitic alloy, the most familiar and most frequently used alloy in the stainless steel family. This alloy may be considered for a wide variety of applications and exhibits good corrosion resistance, ease of fabrication, excellent formability, and high strength with low weight.
Grade 304l, the low carbon version of 304, does not require post-weld annealing and so is extensively used in heavy gauge components (over about 6mm).
Grade 304h with its higher carbon content finds application at elevated temperatures. Alloy 304h is a modification of alloy 304 in which the carbon content is controlled to a range of 0.04-0.10 to provide improved high temperature strength to parts exposed to temperatures above 800íp.The austenitic structure also gives these grades excellent toughness, even down to cryogenic
All small tubes are packed in plastic bags to avoid scratches in transporting; then in wooden cases
Alloys 316 (uns s31600) and 316l (uns s31603) are molybdenum-bearing austenitic stainless steels, which are more resistant to general corrosion and pitting/crevice corrosion than the conventional chromium-nickel austenitic stainless steels such as alloy 304. These alloys also offer higher creep, stress-to-rupture, and tensile strength at elevated temperatures. In addition to excellent corrosion resistance and strength properties, the alloys 316 and 316l cr-ni-mo alloys also provide excellent fabricability and formability which are typical of the austenitic stainless steels.
Grade 316l, the low carbon version of 316 and is immune from sensitisation (grain boundary carbide precipitation). Thus it is extensively used in heavy gauge welded components (over about 6mm). Grade 316h, with its higher carbon content has application at elevated temperatures, as does stabilised grade 316ti.
