BGZL-4B2 steel bar straight screw thread processing rib peeling machine is the exclusive use rib peeling knurling machine for the straight screw thread connecting. It is mainly used in the processing of the top of the structural steel bar.
The material of the splicing coupler is constructional quality steel of no.45 steel.
Working principle:
1)slice up the end of the rebar;
2)peel the rib of the end of rebar with specialty rib peeling parallel thread rolling machine;
3)connect the two ends of rebar with rib peeling thread coupler;
The characteristics of the usage:
1.Standard model: used in the occasion for connecting the steel bar in normal situation.
