Quartz is a hard, crystalline mineral composed of silica. The atoms are linked in a continuous framework of SiO4 silicon oxygen tetrahedra, with each oxygen being shared between two tetrahedra, giving an overall chemical formula of SiO2. Quartz is the second most abundant mineral in Earth's continental crust.
It is hard, brittle, transparent material with a density of 2649 kg/m3 and a melting point of 1432°C. This naturally available quartz is mined by the company and processed for achieving the various size fractions as per customers requirements.
Once the high purity Quartz is procured from the mines, the material undergoes manual sorting, advanced colour sorting, state- of the- art magnet systems, proper sizing with high frequency vibrations to achieve the best material.
Application industries:
Engineering stone
Semiconductor
Glass
Refractory
Ceramics

We have quartz grit 8~16 , 16 ~ 30 , pure white with us. Our factory located in premises of Nellore, Andhra Pradesh , India. If any requirement can contact us. We are able to supply 2000 MT per month.
Quartz compound consists of one part silicon and two parts oxygen i.e. Silicon dioxide (SiO2). The atoms are linked in a continuous SiO4 Silicon. Oxygen Tetrahedral framework. Quartz exists in two forms, the normal + -quartz, and the high-temperature quartz, both of which are chiral.
Pure quartz, traditionally called rock crystal or clear quartz, is colorless and transparent or translucent and has often been used for hardstone carvings. Common colored varieties include Citrine, Rose Quartz, Amethyst, Smoky Quartz, Milky Quartz, and others.
These color differentiation arise from chromophores which have been incorporated into the crystal structure of the mineral.
