UPVC Double Wall Corrugated Pipe Extrusion Line SBG500 developed by us absorb advanced technology from foreign countries plastic machinery industry. This UPVC Double Wall Corrugated Pipe Extrusion Line is the latest study achievement in the plastic extruding area. The whole extrusion line is suitable for the high speed extrusion of UPVC material. The complete line is adopted human-machine interface control system. It makes high automatical degree, stable production and great output become true. We adopt one efficiency conical twin screw extruder with high extrusion capacity in this line. There are special designed co-extrusion moulds made by alloy steel for making huge diameter UPVC corrugated pipe. Double spiral design with excelent quality alloy steel of the moulds can meet all of the production requirements.
This plastic corrguated pipe machine is made of vibration sieve, high speed mixer machine and cooling machine, material feeder conical double screw plastic extruder,(single screw extruder) handpiece, double-wall accordion pipe shaper, plastic pipe-expanding machine, pilling bin, water chilling unit, air compressing machine. It can be used to produce PVC, PE plastic double-wall accordion pipe and plastic single-wall accordion pipes.
This line is applicable to produce PVC pipes with various tube diameters and wall thickness in the field such as agricultural and constructional plumbing, cable laying, etc. Higher output, more ecnomic are the characteristics our pipe extrusion line.
This set is composed of the extruder, vacuum forming table, cutter, etc.
Extruder: It has high speed high efficiency screw, hard gear surface, FUJI invertor. This structure assures the material evenly heating, good plasticization and the extruding speed and efficiency.
Corrugator: Close structure. Mold blocks through the gear transmission. Mold plate has water flowing to get cooling efficiency. The pipe cooling type is wind. This structure ensures high speed production and cooling. It can produce inner and outer layer smooth and corrugation uniformity pipe one time matching the corresponding molds.
Mold block: The design of structure is reasonable, wind cooling and replacement of the module is convenient and reliable.
Winding machine: Torque motor, single/double station winder.
Mainly uses in U-PVC, for drains water the Large Diameter PVC pipe production.
By the twin screw extruder, nose and vacuum calibration devices, multi-tracked tractor and overturned F-cutting machine.

This PVC pipe extrusion line is mainly used to produce agricultural water supply/drainage pipes, architectural water supply/drainage pipes, cable laying pipes etc. This unit adopts advanced design concept to ensure the efficient extrusion of PVC powder, combined with the unique concept of plasticization screw design to ensure uniformity of plastic extrusion, high capacity production.
This unit consists of : Conical twin screw extruder, pipe die head, vacuum calibrating tank, water spraying tank, haul off machine, cutting machine, and stacker etc.
Features:
1.Conical twin screw extruder:
using the high efficient conical twin screws, specially designed for PVC power to ensure uniformed plasticization, high extrusion. Stable temperature controlling system can guarantee high quality pipe extrusion.
2.Mould:
spiral type die head can not only ensure high speed extrusion, but also avoid the thermal decomposition of amorphous plastics and get high quality pipes. There is heating control system inside of the mould, high efficient, easy to extrude. Bronze calibrators can make the pipes fast calibrated and cooled.
3.Spraying and cooling tanks:
Rapid vacuum calibrating system allows the hot extruded pipes to be cooled in a very short time and obtain the final pipe diameter. Automatic temperature control system, pressure regulator, and vacuum control valve greatly enhance the pipe sizing and cooling performance as well as the production speed.
4. Haul off machine:
adopts caterpillar type, which includes two-claw types, three-claw types, four-claw types, six-claw types, eight -claw types, ten-claw types, twelve-claw types etc, suitable for different sizes of pipes. Haul off caterpillar blocks are made of abrasion resistant rubber material, which can make a high and stable hauling speed.
5. Cutting machine:
precision machine cutter is able to make flat, straight cuts into pipes at high speed. A powerful suction device gathers up waste scraps after cutting, thereby making it easier for users to clean the cutter.
6.Pipe belling machine:
automatic pipe belling machine comes with 2 heating ovens to ensure pipe belling quality and productivity., it has R type, U type etc.

Extruder: HDPE/MDPE pipe extrusion line adopts high speed and efficiency of single screw extruder.The screw has barrier unit, special material mixing components and new style of barrel grooves. The extruder is equipped with low noise fan, ceramic heating ring, high speed hard gear reducer; full-automatic vacuum loader. This configuration assures good plasticization and mixing effect. It also assures high speed, stable production and great output.
Pipe Marking Line: It is extruded by single screw extruder SJ30/25 through the composited extrusion die.
Die Head: The material of the die head is high quality 40Cr. It is the most advanced spiral or lattice die head in the world, which assures stable extrusion in the production process. In order to fit the performance of PE material and assure the stability of pipe diameter and roundness when producing thick-wall pipe with high speed, we adopt water film lubricating and water (or oil) circulation cooling.
Vacuum Calibrating Water Tank: The body is made of high hardness and good quality stainless steel board. It has advanced water circulation and high pressure cooling system, vacuum adjusting equipment and accurate water temperature and water level automatic controlling system. The accurate bronze calibrating sleeve ensures cooling speed and molding pipe. It can be three-dimension adjusted up & down and left & right.
Water Spray Cooling Tank: The body is made of stainless steel and the ductcoat is transparent soft PVC curtain. Stainless steel float adjusts water level and electricity controls water temperature. The nozzle material is ABS engineering plastic. The frame of the machine can be adjustable up and down. There is roller in the tank.
Haul-off Machine: We can offer two tracks, three tracks, four tracks, five tracks and six tracks Haul-off machine according to different diameter and wall thickness of the pipe. It adopts frequency conversion. Every traction frame transfers with chain which ensures every track moving simultaneously. It is pneumatic and mechanical combination clamping. The bearing has special structure which can effectively reduce the installation error.
Cutting Machine: It is automatic dustless cutting machine. Smooth cutting section, synchronous frequency conversion drive, high accuracy and low noise. Large diameter pipe uses full-automatic planetary cutting machine. It is synchronization with the whole production line. The flexibility adjustment for the blade place and cutting depth assures cutting machine reliability.
Control System: We can offer SIEMENS PLC controlling system which is intelligent controlling system. Also we can offer ordinary controlling system which use SIEMENS electrical parts, Omron temperature controller. Intelligent control makes the operation simpler.
