Our Polycarbonate Solid Sheet is used 100% raw Bayer material with UV protection which can filter about 99% ultraviolet radiation. PC Solid Sheet has several characaters with high impact resistance, light weight, can be easy cold bend processed and hot molding. Hence, it can be widely used in construction and decorations.

Impact Strength:
The impact strength of solid PC sheet is 200 times that of glass, and the impact strength of hollow PC sheet is 80 times that of glass.
Light Weight:
The weight of PC Solid Sheet is only about half of glass, and the weight of hollow PC Solid Sheet is only about 1/12 at the same thickness.
Transparentcy:
The light transmission of 3mm PC Solid Sheet is 90%, and the light transmission of 6mm hollow PC sheet is 80%.
UV-protection:
PC sheet is co-extruded with a high-density ultra violet ray absorbent to fight against ultra violet ray, it can prevent discoloring and frailness
Weather Resistance:
PC Solid Sheet have good weather ability, it can maintain excellent properties in a wide temperature range from -40 Degree C to +120 Degree C.
Sound Insulation:
The polycarbonate resin offer significant advantage to the sound insulation and it can be used in soundproof
Easy Installation:
PC sheet is possible to construct curved roofs and windows and can be bent while hot or cold.

Characteristics of pc solid sheet
Good light transmission. Resistant against aging, discolor and atomization
Weather resistance. The co-extruded uv coating on its surface can protect from damage of ultraviolet.
Impact resistance. The strength of pc solid sheets is 250-300 times harder than that of ordinary glass, 20-30 times than pmma.
Fire retardant. Passed china national gb8624-97 test. B1 level fire retardant. Cause no fire drop, nor poisonous gas.
Temperature resistance. Temperature between -40 to 120 cause no damage to its quality.
Light weight. It is easy to transport, install, cold bent directly and has good performance of heat forming.
Good sound insulation. It is the first choice materials for insulation wall in free ways and expressway.
