In order to meet the demand of plastic pipe market,HUASU Company designed and developed this Double Wall Corrugated Pipe Extrusion Line by technology Innovation. SBG63 adopts directly extrusion (single extruder or two extruders co-extrusion) and forming technology. It makes high automation degree,reliable quality and stable production become true.
Extruder: High speed and efficiency single screw extruder, grooved barrel, equipped with the lower noise fan, high speed and hard gear reducer. It can make the inner and outer layers produce different material and guarantee high efficiency extrusion.
Die Head: It adopts spiral type special structure design,small volume,and clean flow. This structure can effectively eliminate internal stress of corrugated pipe, remove the weld pipe vestige,and make the corrugated pipe inner and outer layer wall thickness even and forming stability.
Corrugator: Corrugator adopts chain type transmission,equipped with open water cooling system. It greatly increases the production speed. Mold Blocks moving adopts advanced synchronous upper and lower mechanical drive system. It assures moving accuracy and plastic pipe quality stability. Advanced self-lubricating system makes the forming molds and mold plates abrasions minimize and greatly extend the service life.
Winder: Torque motor, single/double station automatic winder.
Control System: This production line adopts SIEMENS PLC control system,color touch screen human-machine interface,reliable running,easy operation,remote communication function which can realize remote fault diagnosis and rule out the possibility. Or adopts normal control system according to customer's requirement.

Thanks to PLC and screen located on the line, the operating parameters of the line can be reported such as line speed, line working time, production quantity, machine working recipes.
