Introduction
N530 for the detection of gas permeability of various films, infusion bags and other packaging materials for O2, CO2, N2 and other gases through the barrier properties. It is designed and manufactured according to the standards of ISO 2556-2001, ISO15105-1, GB / T 1038-2000, ASTM D1434-82 (2003), YBB00082003 .It has three independent testing chambers and independent temperature control system. The core is connected with computer through the USB. It can automatically judge and stop testing . The testing result is stable, curves of permeability rate ,temperature, pressure and different pressure will be shown at the same time. Test principlesN 530 Gas Permeation Analyzer designed using the principle of differential pressure method, preparation samples will be placed between in the test chamber with high / low pressure , and clamping it ,then make the whole test system to have a vacuum processed, input test gas the high-pressure test chamber to ensure on both sides of the test samples have a constant pressure, the gas under the role of pressure pass through film from high-pressure chamber to the low pressure chamber to infiltrate, observe the changes pressure in low-pressure chamber to caculate barrier parameters of the sample.

This method of test covers the procedure for determining the permeability to water of the pozzolana mortar prepared and cured under specified conditions, by measuring the percolation of water through Standard cylindrical specimens.
The permeability unit shall consist of a specimen container ring of 100 mm diameter and 50 mm high, held between a bottom plate and a water cell. The hydraulic head for testing shall be obtained by connecting the unit to a compressor through a water pressure vessel.
A pressure regulator and pressure gauge shall be included between the compressor and the water pressure vessel to indicate the test pressure. Water percolating through the specimen shall be collected in a container.
Typical details of an individual unit are given in fig. 6 and 7. The water cell shall be 100 mm diameter brass cylinder and the top and bottom plates shall be either of brass or any other non-corroding metal. The connecting pipeline from the water cell to the water pressure vessel shall also be of non-corroding metal or of hard board polythene.
This requirement is necessary since the tests last over a number of days in which mild steel or similar materials will get corroded and the rust formed will coat the top of the specimens and affect the permeability. The connection of units to the air cylinder shall be done with armoured heawy-duty rubber hose.
Application
Air permeability tester, to determine the resistance of fabrics (woven, knitted and non woven textile materials) to the passage of air (air flow) under constant pre-set air pressure while firmly clamped in the test rig of selected test head/area.
The specimen is loaded to the test area of the instrument easily by means of a pneumatic holder. By pressing down the holder to start the test. Air permeability tester equipped with a vacuum pump to draw air through an automatic interchangeable test head with a circular opening. The pre-selected test pressure is automatically maintained, and after a few seconds the air permeability of the test specimen is digitally displayed in the pre-selected unit of measure on the touch panel. After test the holder is released and the vacuum pump is shut off.
