Nickel 200/201 Wire Mesh is technically pure nickel with good mechanical properties and excellent resistance to alkali hydroxides as well as organic compositions. Nickel 200/201 Wire Mesh is a multipurpose grade and is used in application where alloys are not essential. It also has good magnetic and magnetostrictive properties, high thermal and electrical conductivity as well as low gas content in the electronics industry.
Commercial pure nickel, it has the outstanding mechanical property and corrosion resistance. It also has the high heat conductivity and electroconductibility and low gas content and vapor pressure. It excellently resist to corrosion of hot concentrated alkaline solution, and it also resists to the corrosion of alkaline solution and neutral solution medium of carbonate, oxide, nitrate, acetate, etc. It resists to corrosion of aliphatic acid. The resistance to oxidation of Nickel is very good; in the air, the surface of Nickel will generate a layer of NiO film, and it will stop the further oxidation of it. Nickel strongly resists to the caustic alkali; in the 50% boiling caustic soda solution, the corrosion rate of the Nickel wonâ??t exceed 25 micron. Its strength and plasticity are pretty good, it is able to bear the press working. It mainly apply to the alkali making industry, chlor-alkali chemical industry, production of organic chloride, food processing industry, high temperature halogen and salt corrosion environment, water treatment etc.

It has excellent corrosion resistance in hydrofluoric acid and fluorine gas media, and also has excellent corrosion resistance to hot concentrated alkali solution. It is also resistant to corrosion by neutral solutions, water, seawater, atmosphere, organic compounds, etc. An important feature of this alloy is that it generally does not produce stress corrosion cracks and has good cutting performance.
The metallographic structure of Monel400|N04400 monel alloy woven screen is a high-strength single-phase solid solution. It has extremely good corrosion resistance in fluorine gas, hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, hydrofluoric acid and their derivatives. At the same time, it is more corrosion-resistant than copper-based alloys in seawater. Acid medium: Monel400|N04400 monel alloy woven screen is corrosion-resistant in sulfuric acid with a concentration of less than 85%. Monel400 is one of the very few important materials that can resist hydrofluoric acid.
Water corrosion: Monel400|N04400 monel alloy woven screen has excellent corrosion resistance in most water corrosion conditions, and pitting corrosion and stress corrosion are rarely found, and the corrosion rate is less than 0.025mm/a.
High temperature corrosion: The continuous working temperature of Monel400|N04400 monel alloy woven screen in air is generally around 600. In high temperature steam, the corrosion rate is less than 0.026mm/a.
Ammonia: Due to the high nickel content of Monel400|N04400 monel alloy woven screen, it can resist corrosion under anhydrous ammonia and ammoniation conditions below 585.

Duplex Stainless Steel is a type of steel with the characteristics of corrosion resistance, high strength, easy to process and so on.
