Description
NBR latex is a synthetic latex which has a milky color and a liquid form. Its a part of unsaturated acrylonitrile and butadiene copolymers family. NBR latex properties has excellent tensile strength and good resistance to various oils including mineral & vegetable oils, benzene/petrol, ordinary diluted acids, and alkaline. Our products made with its cutting-edge technologies are recognized for their quality worldwide.
Nitrile Butadiene Rubber which is one of the Synthetic Rubbers is manufactured by emulsion-polymerizing acrylonitrile and butadiene in low temperatures. Mainly NBR`s usage areas are seal and gasket manufacturing, fuel and hydraulic hose manufacturing, conveyor belt manufacturing, worker boat`s manufacturing, rubber rollers manufacturing and shoe soles manufacturing etc.

Material Properties
Butadiene-Acrylonitrile Latex (NBR Latex) is a kind of high-polymer dispersion emulsion polymerized by freeradical emulsion through advanced techniques. As a white thick emulsion in appearance, it is of good oil resistance, and applied for oil resistant products, including oil resistant membrane, oil resistant asbestos packing sheet, glassine sealing plate, oil tank, oil resistant foam sponge, and fibreboard, etc.
