Firewood is made of locally supplied timber. The wood species we use to make firewood are beech, Ash, Oak, Birch, Alder, Pine, and Fir. Each log can be cut into pieces of 25, 30 or 45 cm, split 4-6 times for 8-15 cm diameter and stacked into 1m�³, 1,8m�³, 2m�³ or 2,2m�³ boxes or bags of 9.5 L, 21 L, 30 L, 40 L or 60 Liters. It is sold in 3 levels of moisture: fresh (35-55%), air-dried (25-35%) or kiln-dried (<25%).
Our logs are derived from hardwood (broadleaf) and softwood (conifers) species. The firewood is free from any chemicals or contaminations.
Sekelbos is a encroacher bush that is native to Namibia. The dead fallen branches dry naturally under the hot Namibian sun making this dense hardwood the perfect fuel for BBQ's and fireplaces.

Charcoal is being made of the Colophospermum mopane, Dichrostachys cinerea, Acacia mellifera trees.

All our lumpwood charcoal is made from invader bush and from the highest quality in the world with a fixed
carbon content of +/- 76%. Our products are well known for their long lasting and intense heat that outperforms
almost all other kinds of charcoal.
Kiln Dried split firewood:
1. Descriptions: Kiln dried split firewood is a renewable resource, fuel that is already widely available in the world nowadays. The wood log is been split into smaller quantities. This is a hot process and the natural ligin in the wood shavings melts and binds the dust together, holding the wood in shape and giving it that characteristic seen on the outside.
2. Economic efficiency: Kiln dried split firewood are extremely dense and can be produced with a low moisture content (below 10%) that allows them to be burned with a very high combustion efficiency. Their high density also permits compact storage and rational transport over long distance. Electricity generated from kiln dried split firewood in converted coal plants is almost the same cost as electricity generated from natural gas, diesels.
3. Environmentally friendly: Kiln dried split firewood is a sustainable fuel that can deliver a significant reduction in net carbon emissions when compared with fossil fuels. Its production and use also brings additional environmental and social benefits.
4. Using scopes: Dried kiln split firewood replaces fossil fuels in power plants, stoves, boiler of textile, food, leather, animal feeding, dye industrials and animal bedding.
