Oliver comes from a hydraulic equipment company in Canada. At the end of last year, they planned to develop a hydraulic cylinder that uses a hydraulic directional control valve. Oliver found an article on Google, "The internal leakage index is equaled to the local manufacturer in Germany, but AAK hydraulic threaded cartridge valve has better cost performanceâ??, and left a message on our website: can you customize the hydraulic directional control valve with internal leakage of 2drops/min? At first glance, I knew that this was an accurate customer consultation. Although the internal leakage of 2drops/min was difficult, AAK had mass production 1 year ago. We suggested him send us the drawings and working condition requirements of the hydraulic directional control valve, and AAK can make samples directly. If the internal leakage of the hydraulic directional control valve does not meet the standard, 100% of the development cost will be returned.
According to the development data provided by Oliver, there may not be any other manufacturer that can provide guarantee except AAK. After 30 days, AAK successfully sent 8 hydraulic directional control valve samples. Three months later, Oliver informed that no abnormality of the hydraulic directional control valve was found during the 3 internal commissioning of his company. After the hydraulic cylinder was tried out by the user, the feedback was also very good. Oliver is curious about the hydraulic directional control valves surrendered by so many manufacturers. Blast furnace slag is used in the production of cement (iron Portland and blast furnace cement).
Air-cooled blast furnace slag is formed by allowing the molten slag to cool relatively slowly under ambient conditions; final cooling can be accelerated with a water spray. The cooled material is hard and dense, although it can have a vesicular texture with closed pores. After crushing and screening, air-cooled slag can be used in several applications.
Granulated slag is formed by quenching molten slag in water to form sand-sized particles of glass. The disordered structure of this glass gives the material moderate hydraulic cementitious properties when very finely ground into granulated blast furnace slag, but if it can access free lime, the granulated blast furnace slag develops strong hydraulic cementitious properties.
Pelletized or expanded slag is cooled through a water jet, which leads to rapid steam generation and the development of innumerable vesicles within the slag. The vesicular texture reduces the overall density of the slag and allows for good mechanical binding with hydraulic cement paste.
