4. Buyer confirms the POP documents.
5. Buyer issues their Bank Guarantee MT/760 Stand By document and receives Q88.
6. Buyer's representative or Agent and the Ship Captain will agree on a meeting point for inspection. Seller will issue the Authority to Board (ATB), Authority to Verify (ATV). Dip-Test Authorization (DTA) for the Buyer's inspection team to carry out their inspection.
7. Upon successful completion of Dip-Test inspection the Buyer makes the balance payment by MT 103 Wire Transfer to the Seller's bank account. Seller transfers the Title of Ownership Certificate to the Buyer as the legitimate owner of the goods.
8. Trans-loading commences immediately.
9. Seller will release payments to the intermediaries involved within 48 hours after receiving the Payment for the product from the Buyer's bank.
CONTRACT TERMS
1. Seller and Buyer signs contract for 12 months shipment if required.
2. Buyer issues their Bank Guarantee SBLC MT760/DLC MT700 to Sellers Bank
3. Monthly Shipment commences to Buyer's Discharge Port as stipulated in the contract
VTO PROCEDURES - FOB ROTTERDAM/HOUSTON/FUJAIRAH TRANSACTION PROCEDURES (VESSEL TAKE OVER)
1. Buyer provides ICPO incorporating seller's procedures, Buyer RWA + ATV for seller to perform due diligence and verify POF with Buyer's Bank.
2. Seller sends signed Commercial Invoice (CI) to Buyer and Buyer countersigns and sends CI back to seller within 48 hours. NCNDA+IMFPA is completed and signed off by all parties.
3. Products will be loaded onto a vessel at the seller's loading port and fresh SGS will be completed and provided to the buyer.
4. The seller will provide the buyer with a copy of the Charter Party Agreement; therefore, the buyer can view the vessel as it is moving to the destination port.
5. Upon arrival of the vessel tanker at the final discharge port, the buyer shall show updated POF, conduct the SGS/CIQ Inspection (optional at buyer's expense) and make the payment for the full shipment via TT Wire or MT103 TT (Wire Transfer) WITHIN 48 HOURS.
6. The seller transfers ownership of the product and the buyer takes over the vessel.
7. The seller pays all buyers and seller intermediaries the full commission amount as stated in the NCNDA/IMPA agreement. Subsequently, the monthly contract proceeds as outlined in the terms and conditions of the sales and purchase agreement between the buyer and the seller.

2. Seller issues Pro-forma invoice (PI), for the available quantity to Buyer. Buyer Signs and returns to Seller with proof of funds POF only SWIFT MT199 acceptable - Buyer Bank to Seller Bank.(attached format)
3. Seller issues, upon confirmation from Bank that MT199 has been lodged successfully from Buyer side; seller within 48 hours issued POP documents as follows
a.)Fresh SGS Report within 48 Hours. (Issued from SGS Company with storage tank coordinates)
b.) Injection Report.
c.) Certificate of Origin.
d.) Refinery Reservoir Receipt.
e.) Statement of product availability in seller storage tank in Port of Operation.
f.) Authorization to Sell and Collect (ATSC).
g.) Authorization to physically verify the product in seller tank (ATV) to authorize the buyer dip test in sellerâ??s tanks.
h.) NCNDA/IMFPA signed by all buyer & Seller groups with commission structures.
4. Buyer verify SGS and make 100% of the payment via MT103 wire transfer.
5. Seller transfer title to buyer and pay IMPFA to intermediaries involve.
