BGZL-40B2 steel bar straight screw thread processing rib peeling machine is the exclusive use rib peeling knurling machine for the straight screw thread connecting. It is mainly used in the processing of the top of the structural steel bar.

Working principle:
1,First,We use GQ50 rebar cutting machine to splice up the end of rebar.
2,Secondly,we use Upset Forging Parallel Thread Machine (BDC-Auto1 Machine) to forge the end of rebar.
3.Third, we use Parallel Thread Cutting Machine (LW-I500 Machine) to thread the ends of the rebar which have been forged.
4.Fourth,an upsetting coupler is used to link the two ends of rebar in parallel thread.
The material of the splicing coupler is constructional quality steel of no.45 steel.
Working principle:
1)slice up the end of the rebar;
2)peel the rib of the end of rebar with specialty rib peeling parallel thread rolling machine;
3)connect the two ends of rebar with rib peeling thread coupler;
