We extract the fucoidan from the laminaria japonicia. The product, which is hydro soluble heteropolysaccharide, mainly consists of sulfuric ester- fucose, and also have little quantities of galactose, mannose, lose, arabinose, saccharic-aldehyded acid. So its also called algin or fucoidan & laminaran, the major effective ingredient is -l-fucose-4-sulfuric ester
