TCPP, the chemical name tris(chloropropyl) phosphate ,is a low cost chlorine and phosphorous based flame retardant. It has the best hydrolysis stability among currently available halogenated organic phosphates. Can not dissolve in water, dissolve in most organic solvent, and have good compatibility with resins.
Applying as Flame Retardant in the production of acetate fiber, polyvinyl-chloride, PU foams, EVA, phenolics materials. Except the flame retarding, it can also promote the moisture resisting, low temperature resisting, the capability of antistatic and the softness of the materials.

Tris(2-chloroisopropyl)phosphate (TCPP) is a general purpose chlorinated phosphate ester flame retardant used in rigid and flexible polyurethane foams, whose superiority is demonstrated in low odor, high heat stability, excellent hydrolysis stability, low viscosity, superior compatibility with resin. TCPP is recommended as flame retardant for PU foams, PVC and adhesives.

Description:
Generally speaking, the low melting point polyester chip refers to one specialty polymer with a melting point between 90 and 220.
The melting point of polyester is the temperature at which a solid crystalline substance changes from a solid state to a liquid. So it reflects the purity of polyester. Generally speaking, pure polyester is a partially crystalline polymer with a melting point of 265. But during actual production, some impurities exist in the polyester due to various side reactions. At the same time, the defects of polymer crystals and the difference in crystallinity will also affect the melting point. The common type of low melt polymer is 110. But we can also offer a melting point of 90, 120, 160, and 180.
Application:
Low-melt polyester chips can produce low-melting point fiber, low-melting point synthetic fiber, and thermal-melting mucilage. Its primary usage is acting as bonding fiber in nonwoven fabrics. The end usage lies in clothing, articles for bed, shoe uppers, sleeping bags, sofas, and hygiene products.

Triethyl Phosphate(TEP) is a colorless liquid. It is the triester of ethanol and phosphoric acid and can be called "phosphoric acid, triethyl ester". Its primary uses are as an industrial catalyst (in acetic anhydride synthesis), a polymer resin modifier, and a plasticizer (e.g. for unsaturated polyesters). In smaller scale it is used as a solvent for e.g. cellulose acetate, flame retardant, an intermediate for pesticides and other chemicals, stabilizer for peroxides, a strength agent for rubber and plastic including vinyl polymers and unsaturated polyesters, etc..
