FEP tubes (polyperfluorinated ethylene propylene) are the preferred material for the production of small diameter tubes of continuous length. FEP sacrifices some heat resistance, but its chemical and dielectric properties are similar to PTFE. Tayak FEP tube is a transparent tube that is an economical choice for applications requiring chemical resistance and resistance to high and low temperature exposure. The excellent clarity of Taiyue FEP tubing makes it ideal for applications such as viewing glasses and flow monitoring. Taiyue FEP tubes have a slightly higher coefficient of friction, lower continuous use temperature, and are more transparent than PTFE. Tai Yue FEP pipes also have better gas and vapor permeability and have excellent UV transmittance ratings.

Fep is a modified category of ptfe. It remains basically the properties of ptfe, like excellent high- low-temperature resistance, chemical stability, dielectricity, high non-adhesiveness and mechanical strength.
