After the new reducer is put into use for 200 hours, the oil inside the reducer should be released, cleaned and changed. After the initial cleaning and oil change, wash and oil change every 1000 hours.
When the reducer is working, it should be cleaned and changed for oil when the following conditions occur visually. Oil appears to deposit dirt, particulate sediments. The oil darkens, turns black, and even gives off an unpleasant smell. Brown gelatinous material appears on parts of reducer, corrosion marks appear on the surface of parts. Oil body flow difficulty. There are some situations need to be tested, in the reducer lubricating oil sundry content more than 2%, metal abrasive more than 0.5%, water content more than 2%, the need to clean oil change.
