EVA TPU PE Sole Foaming Machine is one kind of physical foaming equipment which uses supercritical fluid foaming technology to inject carbon dioxide or nitrogen as the foami ng medium into the supercritical foaming equipment, so that the gas and the molten raw material are fully mixed and diffused to form a single-phase mixed sol, which produces a large amount of sol. The pressure drop caused the gas to separate out to form a large number of bubble nuclei. In the subsequent cooling and molding process, the bubble nucleus inside the sol continuously grows and forms, thereby obtaining a microcellular foamed plastic product. The supercritical foaming equipment is an important equipment to realize this process.
