BUYER TO AGREE TO SELLERS PROCEDURES AND PRICE. TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLY.
REFINERY APPROVED PROCEDURES (TANK VESSEL)/SINGAPORE JURONG PORT.
1. Buyer issues official Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order (ICPO) with full banking information,
Company Profile, Buyers Passport copy, company registration certificate, copy of Sellers Transaction
Procedure and latest valid POF.
2. Seller issues Commercial Invoice to buyer, Buyer countersigns within 24 hours and returns to seller.
3. Seller issues the following PPOP document to Buyer.
A. Authorization to Verify (ATV) via Email/Telephone
B. Passport product Analysis.
C. Notice of Readiness to inject (NOR)
D. Certificate of Origin.
E. Tank Storage Receipt (TSR)
4. Within 48 hours of receiving PPOP documents, buyer pays extension cost direct to Seller's Tank Farm Company.
5. Seller issue DTA (authorization to dip test), Access Permit and Buyer Conducts Dip-Test/SGS at sellers Tanks.
6. Buyer provides Seller/Refinery with Buyer's Vessel/Tank information's.
7. Seller commences injection immediately into Buyer's Vessel/Tank within maximum 48 hours Buyer
Pays via MT103 /TT and issues all export documents.
8. Both parties sign a one-year contract.
9. Seller pays commissions to mandates and intermediaries within 24 hrs. after confirmation of the
Buyers payment.
1. Buyer issued ICPO containing the seller's working procedure and banking details along with buyer's Nominated TSA, company registration certificate and data page of buyer's Passport.
2. Seller issues commercial invoice (C.I.), buyer signs and returns commercial invoice along with an acceptance letter.
3. Seller sign back the commercial invoice alongside Irrevocable Statement of availability of product, copy of Product passport Analysis, a copy of fresh SGS Report to be issued to buyerâ??s Tank Farm operator only to verify SGS Report with confidential and non-disclosure letter.
4. Upon confirmation of SGS Report by Buyer's Tank Farm Company, Seller request to leases and pays the buyer's tank for 2 days and Buyer pays his Tank Farm Company for 3 days after Tank Farm Company confirms the payment from Seller. A total (5) days operational TSR will be issued on seller/buyers name for a minimum of XXXX to XXXX GALS/BBLS/MT.
5. Seller issues following POP documents to buyer:
-Fresh Update SGS Report bearing the buyers company name.
-Product Certificate of Origin, updated on behalf of current buyer.
-Export and approval License for the product on sale.
-Unconditional Dip test authorization (UDTA) on behalf of buyers Inspection Company
-Authorization to sell and Collect, ATSC.
-Product Allocation Certificate prepared on behalf of the buyer.
6. Buyer and his testing teams conduct a Dip test on the product and injection commence from sellerâ??s tank to buyer's tank.
7. Upon completion of injection, seller issues full Injection report to buyer and buyer makes reconfirms product quantity in their tanks if need be and issue 100% payment via MT103 for the total value of product injected into the tanks.
8. Seller pays all intermediaries involved in the transaction and subsequently monthly shipments continue as per terms and conditions of the sales and purchase agreement contract between buyer and seller.
9. The subsequent delivery shall commence according to the terms and conditions of the contract.

FREE ON BOARD (FOB) PROCEDURE
1. Buyer Issues ICPO:
The buyer submits an Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order (ICPO) with banking details and passport information.
2. Seller Issues Commercial Invoice (CI):
The seller sends a Commercial Invoice (CI) for the available product, which the buyer countersigns.
3. Seller Provides POP Documents:
The seller provides Proof of Product (POP) documents, including:
SGS Report
Tank Storage Receipt (TSR)
Product Analysis
Injection Report
Authority to Verify (ATV)
Refinery Commitment Letter
Authorization to Sell and Collect (ATSC)
4. Buyer Verifies POP:
The buyer contacts the tank farm to confirm product availability.
5. Payment & Dip Test:
The buyer pays for a 5-day tank lease, and the seller issues an Unconditional Dip Test Authorization (UDTA). The tank farm provides a Clearance Access Entrance Permit (CAEP) for the dip test and SGS report.
6. NCNDA/IMFPA Signed:
All intermediaries sign the NCNDA/IMFPA and send it to the seller for endorsement.
7. Sealing & Final Payment:
After a successful dip test, the buyer requests tank sealing. The buyer pays for the full product via MT103/T/T and extends the tank lease for 48 hours.
8. Payment to Intermediaries:
The seller pays the intermediaries within 48 hours of receiving payment

1) Buyer issues ICPO and certificate of incorporation
2) Seller issues Commercial Invoice (CI) , buyer's signs and returns to Seller with his TSA, Seller verify buyer TANK FARM and make 3days tank lease payment to the buyer tank farm for the Injection Process.
3) Buyer pays his Tank Farm Company for 2 days tank storage costs, after his Tank Farm Company has received the buyer's payment the Seller Company pays 3 days cost (totaling) 5days TSR
4) Seller inject into buyer tank and issues SGS, ATV and Unconditional DTA.

month fee In the event of the buyers banks inability to issue the letter of credit within seven 7
banking days the buyer will make a guaranteed cash deposit of USD 300000 by TT WIRE bank
transfer to the sellers bank account as security of the product allocation and also to enable the
seller to charter a vessel and start shipping This payment will be deducted from the total cost of
the product after inspection at the port of discharge
5 Upon confirmation of buyers Letter of Credit or Cash Guarantee Deposit payment at sellers
bank seller transfer title holder of the cargo to buyer issue the 2 PB and commence loading of
the cargo into the vessel tanker Upon completion of loading the cargo seller will issue the full
POP and shipping documents to buyer as shown below

via TT Wire or MT103 TT Wire Transfer
8 The seller pays all buyer and seller intermediaries the full commission amount as stated in the
NCNDAIMFPA agreement
