Design Features:
It combines the highly effcient cleaning with screening.The stock flows into the housing along the tangent direction from the bottom of the housing.Rotated by revolving drum,heavy impurities are removed from side reject outlet immediately and T the stock is coarsely screen at the same time.
The Rotor is fixed at the end of accepts in order to reduce the resistance of accepts passing throughscreen slots and increase the throughput or area unit of drum cylinder.
It discharges heavy impurities periodically.
It discharges light impurities continuously.
With its simple structure,the screen is easy for operating .With its simplified process,the screen brings in a highly effcient screening.It can be instead the fuction of high consistency cleaner and fiber separator.
We are proposing about 2000tons of iron slag derived from the desulphurisation skimming process. This material is a iron by- product that is encapsulated in varying levels of contaminants (S,Mg,Si). The Incinerated scrap or E46, is the by-product derived from the reprocessing of incinerated domestic waste.
After the combustion process, the furnace output (IBA Incinerator bottom ash) is firstly washed, magnetically separated and screened to separate any no ferrous material.
At a visual inspection, the material is fragmentized, with iron and steel parts, resulting partly cut or in shredded form.
The stock appears heterogeneous and contains all kind of cut or dismantled steel parts such as sheets, bars, frames, wires, bolts and other iron/steel household residues.
The incinerated scrap is eventually oxidized, due to the thermal and cooling treatments, that the material has been submitted to. The burnt scrap also contains minor slag parts, ash and iron oxide, due to the recovery process.
Such components are inherent and adhere to the scrap surface. The total impurities, can be sorted, but not fully removed.
The consignment does not contain any type of arms, ammunition, mines, shells, cartridges, radioactive contaminated, or any other explosive material in any form either used or otherwise.
The collected stock, is stored in open air, on cemented flooring. It can be loaded loose in 20â?? heavy duty container.

How does it work?
Guar gum is a fiber that normalizes the moisture content of the stool, absorbing excess liquid in diarrhea, and softening the stool in constipation. It also might help decrease the amount of cholesterol and glucose that is absorbed in the stomach and intestines.
There is some interest in using guar gum for weight loss because it expands in the intestine, causing a sense of fullness. This may decrease appetite.
USES:
Diarrhea. Adding guar gum to the tube feeding formula given to critical care patients may shorten episodes of diarrhea from about 30 days to about 8 days.
High cholesterol. Taking guar gum seems to lower cholesterol levels in people with high cholesterol. Guar gum and pectin, taken with small amounts of insoluble fiber, also lower total and “bad” low-density lipoprotein (LDL) cholesterol, but don't affect “good” high-density lipoprotein (HDL) cholesterol or other blood fats called triglycerides.
Diabetes. Taking guar gum with meals seems to lower blood sugar after meals in people with diabetes. By slowing stomach emptying, guar gum may also lessen after-meal drops in blood pressure that occur frequently in people with diabetes.
Constipation.
Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS).

Packing and Storage
Packing: 50kg net weight new galvanized drums with P.E. Liner. Stored in a cool, ventilated, dry place.
Solid type: white powder or granules, hygroscopic, readily soluble in water. The aqueous solution may absorb CO2 and form aluminum hydroxide precipitate. Addition of NaOH is required to increase stability.
Liquid type: transparent slurry, stable during storage life. Prolonged stay of diluted aqueous solution may cause aluminum hydroxide precipitate.
Use:
In the construction process, it can be used as leaking stoppage agent combined with the sodium silicate.
In paper-making, this product can mix with aluminum sulfate to be a good filling agent.
