Copra is the dried meat of a coconut typically split into two halves. Indonesia is the largest coconut grower in the world and is continually harvested throughout the year. Copra is used for coconut oil extraction and the residue following extraction is used as animal feed. We supply Grade A White Copra and supply Edible grade copra too. Each producing are different qualities of Coconut Oil
Edible copra is produce by exposing it to the air and drying it to the sun or alternatively during rainy season the copra is produced by hot-air drying, an oven-like method using a small fire pit sheltered from rain by a roof. From these two methods a good edible white copra is produced
