to its high degree of corrosion and seawater resistance.
Application: It is mainly used in engine components, condensing engines, or sheaths. 25% nickel alloy is used to coins, 40% nickel alloy (constantan) is for thermocouple or electricity resistance wire. The monel metal that consists of a small amount of iron and silicon and 60-70% nickel alloy is used to turbin wings, valves or components of mine
machines because it has a high degree of corrosion resistance and gets less damaged
at high temperature.
Draw a billet, a primary processed goods, to make it a circular pipe. Reconduct
drawing to produce brass tubes in various shapes and sizes.
Copper Alloy Tube has a fine degree of Mechano-Luminescence property and plating
and drawing performances. It is lead-free and mainly utilized as a material for heat
exchanger, faucet or fire extinguishing unit.
