The jig assembly is used for uniaxial compressive strength tests of rock core specimens with 50 to 55 mm dia. and 100 to 110 mm height and consists of a two-column frame fit with an upper platen with spherical seat that moves vertically sustained by a spring. The lower platen is fit to the base.The assembly is also used for compressive shtenght test of natural stone core specimens.

Alfalfa Haying Process is done through Sun Drying Process, which is called Sun Curing Process. The haying process is totally manual and labour intensive process.

During the sun curing process, the green pigments are lost. Which is a direct loss of Vitamin AD3. In order to avoid the loss of green pigmentation and core vitamin value of the forage, two-stage haying is executed by HAF�®. Stage One is direct sun curing and in Stage two passive sun curing is done in Net House. During the second stage of sun curing, high water content forage on drying process turns to Bottle Green Colour (which visually looks blackish green).
Sometimes lump formation is evident in hay bales and its because the hay in post sun curing process reaches to Moisture level around 6% or 7 %. During the baling process, a mild spray of saline water is applied to the hay (which adds 0.34% Moisture). That enables the appropriate binding process of � the double-compressed bales. The usage of saline water (instead of regular water) for spraying prevents the microbial and toxin growth in the hay.
Internationally accepted standard of Moisture in hay is 17%, whereas our hay has Moisture not above 9% in total.

The PRS-KA0550 Automatic Pressure System is used to apply lateral pressure in the Hoek Cell during the triaxial testing of rock specimens. The power pack is equipped with a proportional valve to provide a sensitive control of the loading rate and to maintain a constant confining pressure to within 0.1 bar. Pressure is controlled by using the PID closed loop controlled electronics. The user can define the set lateral pressure and display the lateral pressure through the control and readout unit.
Control Uni is designed to control the power pack and processing of data from pressure transducers which is fitted to the power pack.
All the operations of Control Unit are controlled from the front panel consisting of a 800x480 pixel 65535 color resistive touch screen display and function keys 4 analogue channels are provided for loadcells, pressure transducers or displacement transducers.

It displays all menu option listings simultaneously, allowing the operator to access the required option in a seemless manner to activate the option or enter a numeric value to set the test parameters. Set time is the time required before joint can safely be handled.
Cure time is the time required before joint can be pressure tested
1. Cut pipe square with saw or hand cutter. Remove all burrs.
2. Check dry fit of pipe and fitting. Pipe should easily go to way into fitting. If pipe bottoms into fitting
it should be very snug.
3. Pipe and Fitting should be free of dirt, grease and other foreign materials. If necessary clean pipe and
fitting using RPC-WELD Pipe Cleaner. Primer is highly recommended for 3 and larger diameter installation.
Apply liberal coat. Primer will start softening surface of pipe and fitting thus ensuring superior joint.
4. Use applicator supplied with the can or suitable applicator at least the size of the pipe diameter
5. Apply liberal coat of cement to the pipe (equal to depth of fitting) and adequate coat inside of fitting.
Make sure there is no uncoated surface. Avoid puddling of cement, it may weaken the joint.
6. Immediately insert pipe into fitting with twisting motion. Cement should be wet. If it has dried recoat both parts.
Use sufficient force to ensure pipe bottoms into fitting.
7. Hold joint together for 30-40 seconds to make sure pipe is not pushed out longer time if temperature is low
and for larger pipes.
8. Allow 15 minutes set time before handling the assembly and 2 hours cure time if temperature is below 60 F.
Longer cure time may be required for larger pipe and /or if temperature is below 60 F.
Do not test with compressed air.
