¡¾Overview of the Ceramic Ball Mill:

¡¾Operating principles of Ceramic Ball Mill"
The Ceramic Ball Mill is horizontal cylindrical rotation device, driven by brim gearwheel. There are two chambers and grid. Material goes into the first chamber through the feeding inlet. Inside the first chamber, there are stage liners and ripple liners as well as steel balls. The shell rotates so as to generate electricity, and this force brings ball to a certain height and then balls drop down by gravity, the impact is the grinding force to the material. After the primary grinding, materials go into the second chamber through segregate screen. In the second chamber, there are flat liners and steel ball. After the secondary grinding, material is discharged from the discharging mouth. Then the whole grinding process is ended.
¡¾Structure of Ceramic Ball Mill:
The machine is composed of feeding part, discharging part, turning part and driving part (reducer, small driving gear, electric motor and electric control). The quill shaft adopts cast steel part and the liner is detachable. The turning gearwheel adopts casting hobbling process and the drum is equipped with wear-resistant liner, which has good wear-resistance. The machine is with stable and reliable working condition. Moreover, according to different materials and discharging methods, there are dry ball mills and wet ball mills for choice.
Ceramic ball mill is mainly designed to mix and mill materials. With less energy it produces high fineness product. It has two types, wet mills and dry mills. According to different customers requirement, the machine could use different lining board product. The milling fineness depends on the milling time. The motor is started by the coupling which can reduce voltage and lower the starting electricity. The structure is divided into integral type and freestanding type.
It has two kinds of structure: Integral type and independent type. Working Principle
The ball mill is mainly composed of the feeding part, the discharging part, the rotating part and the driving part. The driving part includes the reducer, the small transmission gear, the motor and the electronic control. In the grinding plant, the ball milling process includes crushing, grinding, air classification, packaging, silo, bucket elevator, conveying, etc. The ground material is discharged smoothly from the outlet gravel. The ball mill and the air classifier form a closed system. The coarse material will return to the ball mill for grinding again, and the qualified material will be packaged by the workers or the packaging machine. The purified gas will be discharged by the induced draft fan.
