General Description
Al-Moasron Filler master batch contains super fine calcium carbonate in the basic version of LLDPE, the addition of this filler will decrease the final product cost. Al-Moasronfiller will improve the elongation and strength of the final product.
The hydraulic enema/ sausage stuffer machine / sausage filler machine is the main equipment for processing intestinal products, which can fill all kinds of large, medium and small intestinal products. The machine is driven by piston type hydraulic pressure. Under the action of the hydraulic cylinder, the materials in the cylinder will be squeezed out after the pressure is generated by adjusting the working pressure. The upper part of the machine is equipped with a storage hopper and butterfly valve, which can realize continuous filling without lifting the cover and improve the working efficiency.

Properties: The product is a white crystalline powder or a sandy-size granularity, and a pinkish crystalline powder or a sandy-size granularity as well. Sp.gr.2.953.01g/cm3, melting point about 1000centigrade, specific heat 1.056j/gcentigradeat 18100centigrade. Its slightly soluble in water, but insoluble in anhydrous hydrogen fluoride. The content of its crystal water will be decreased while the increasing of the molecular ratio, therefore its loss on ignition will be also decreased while the increasing of the molecular ratio. After the paste of synthetic cryolite with different molecular ratio dehydrates, the loss on ignition at 800centigrade will appear 10.34%, 6.22% and 2.56% when the molecular ratio reaches 1.74, 2.14 and 2.63 reactively.

Gypsum (CaSO4.2H2O) is a naturally occurring mineral mined from deposits formed by ancient sea beds as a raw material, white when pure, but commonly grey, yellow, red or brown, owing to impurities. Applications:
