Oxygen Gas Pump
An oxygen gas pump is a device used to transfer or deliver oxygen gas from a storage container or source to another location. These pumps are designed specifically for handling oxygen, which is a critical gas used in various applications such as medical oxygen supply, industrial processes, and scientific research.
The working principle of an oxygen gas pump depends on the specific type of pump being used.
Here are two common types of oxygen gas pumps:
Reciprocating Piston Pump: This type of pump utilizes a reciprocating piston to draw in and compress the oxygen gas. The pump consists of a cylinder, a piston, and inlet and outlet valves. During the suction stroke, the piston moves away from the cylinder head, creating a vacuum that draws in oxygen gas through the inlet valve. On the compression stroke, the piston moves towards the cylinder head, compressing the gas and forcing it out through the outlet valve.
Diaphragm Pump: A diaphragm pump for oxygen gas uses a flexible diaphragm to generate the pumping action. Compressed air or a motor-driven mechanism causes the diaphragm to move back and forth, creating suction and compression cycles. When the diaphragm moves away from the pumping chamber, it creates a vacuum that draws in oxygen gas. As the diaphragm moves towards the pumping chamber, it compresses the gas and expels it through the outlet.
In both types of pumps, it is crucial to ensure the materials used in their construction are compatible with oxygen gas. Oxygen is a highly reactive gas and can pose a fire hazard if it comes into contact with certain substances, such as oil, grease, or flammable materials. Therefore, oxygen gas pumps are typically made from oxygen-compatible materials, such as stainless steel or brass, and designed to minimize the risk of contamination or ignition.
Oxygen gas pumps may also include safety features like pressure relief valves, gauges, and filtration systems to ensure the proper handling and delivery of oxygen gas. These safety measures help prevent overpressurization, monitor pressure levels, and remove impurities that could potentially affect the quality and safety of the delivered oxygen.

This series of pump has single stage. To reach the needed pressure, the input gas should be pressurized to some degree in advance. The pre-adding pressure is different according to the needed maximum pressure. The maximum pressure can be up to 80Mpa. The reversing way of OMD-Series is the same as that of OMA-Series, but OMD-Series has double pump heads, which is designed based on OMA-Series. The pump is made of aluminum alloy and stainless steel. The diameter of its drive piston is 160mm, drive gas pressureâ?¤8bar. Both pump heads can cool the exhaust gas. The pipelines which connect the two inlets and two outlets will be completed according to customers requirements before they leave the factory.
OMT-Series
This series of pump has double stage. It can amplify extremely low pressure into very high pressure. The drive gas pressureâ?¤8bar. The rage of inlet gas pressure is 0.5-10bar. The maximum pressure can be up to 80Mpa. The pump is made of aluminum alloy and stainless steel.
The diameter of its drive piston is 160mm. Both pump heads can cool the exhaust gas.
The ISG vertical inline centrifugal pump is an excellent hydraulic model selected by our company's scientific and technical personnel and internal water pump experts. It adopts the performance parameters of the IS type centrifugal pump and is designed by ingenious combination on the basis of general vertical pumps.

ISW ISG series pump are horizontal  vertical single stage single suction  centrifugal pipeline pumps.
They are widely used in industry and urban water supply and drainage, high rise building pressurization water supply, garden sprinkler irrigation, fire pressurization, long-distance water supply, heating, bathroom cooling and heating water circulation pressurization, and equipment matching, etc for transporting clean water  and other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to clean water.
The temperature of the medium conveyed by the ISW ISG type pipeline pump shall not exceed 80 C, the ambient temperature shall not exceed 40 C and the relative humidity shall not exceed 95%.
These test pumps are a fast, safe and simple method for hydrostatic testing, ideally suited to work with the above plugs or on a stand alone basis eg heat exchanger tubes, pipes, pressure vessels, hoses, etc.
These test pumps are for oil, water or aggressive medium are complete hydraulic units ready for connection which are provided for generating operating pressure up to 1,500bar.
The pressure will be generated by means of a pneumatically operated pump. The pump will be connected to the existing industrial compressed-air ductwork system.
