Raw material mill system contains malt mill and assistant material mill. The method of mill contains dry mill and wet mill.
1 Dry mill
Included: fine mesh screen, vacuum machine, hoisting machine, mill machine, storage hopper and spare parts.
(1) Fine mesh screen: Removing the impurities by shaker, Removing the iron by magnets.
(2) Vacuum machine: absorb and drop the dust by pneumatic vacuum device, recycled the meal.
(3) Hoisting machine: supply material to mill machine by bucket or vacuum principle.
(4) Mill system: There are double roll, three-roll, four-roll, five-roll, six-roll size to mill the material or assistant material.
(5) Storage hopper: storage the malt meal and assistant material meal. As a storage tank of mash material.
2 Wet mill
Included: Soak tank, water storage tank, mill machine, mix slurry tank, wort material tank, and so on.
(1)Soak tank: soak the malt in warm water so that is easy to mill.
(2)Water storage tank: prepared the warm water for soak, mill, mix.
(3)Mill machine: According to technology requirement mill malt and assistant material, accomplished the mill. Avoid to mill again.
(4)Mix slurry tank: According to technology requirement, add warm water to the milled material and mix.
(5)Wort material tank: pump the mixed wort material to mash system in according with the plan.

Maintain the transparency of the wort and a good juice yield.
2. Applying with the international advanced suspension, stirring devices, with variable frequency, speed control, automatic control technology, so that the operation could be more convenient, flexible and maintenance is simple, cost-saving.
Brew kettle
1. In application of advanced boiling, pressurized technology to improve the boiling intensity, greatly increased the evaporation dimethyl sulfide, promote coagulation such as proteins and other cohesive material, so that rapid separation of boiled wort and polymers.
2. By the off-pump hybrid technology to speed up the inside wort heating rate, wort is heated with an even temperature to avoid partially overheating caused degeneration phenomenon. This technology can ensure the quality of the boiled wort.
