Mobile intermittence bitumen mixture stirrer makes the material dry when turning right while outputting the materials. The dual cylinder structure of middle part keeps accurate dosage, high stirring efficiency and stable quality.
1. Cold aggregate supply system

2. Tilted belt feeding system
Automatically flow middle filter with no vibration will avoid the material of oversize entering the drying drum. Protect hot aggregate elevator and the vibrating screen from any jam.
3. Drying drum
The drying drum is covered by heat preservation material, and blades inside for lifting aggregate. And it is driven by four friction wheels which is smooth and even and can meet freely link.
4. Burning system
The burner is equipped with gas ignition device. Burning system uses automatic temperature-control function. Diesel (heavy oil), coal and gas can be the fuel.
5. Hot aggregate elevator
Double rows of chains with double bowels, special structure for outlet will reduce the abrasion and noises.
6. Dust collecting system
Use America Nomex punched felt against water and oil. Automatically removing the dust. Cleaning the cloth sack with pulse back blowing.
7. Filler supply system
the outlet of screw conveyor installs butterfly valve to control wallop. Filler temporarily storage silo using high-press air to explode the agglomeration.
8. Pneumatic control system
Pneumatic system uses Germany Festo air cylinder and electromagnetic valve.
9. Asphalt supply system
Asphalt tubes using heat transmitting oil for heat preservation, the hot oil stove use diesel as fuel.
10. Electric control system
Copy container structure, the walls, door and windows are made of colorized steel plate. The big monitor adopts reasonable voltage-reducing start, urgent manual operation device, digital indicator for filler balance, aggregate balance and asphalt balance, cold aggregate digital transducer, temperature indicator and flow indicator for main components.
Colorized touch screen and PLC controller introduced Japan Omolon brand, can meet automatically, semi-automatically, manually control and languages switching on line. Cold bin furnished with 4-6 individual compartments, each furnished with a vibratory feeder. Vibratory feeders are supplied to meet specific aggregate conditions and capacities. All feeders discharge onto a horizontal gathering belt feeder which carries material through cold belt conveyor of the dryer.
Dryer Drum air ducting equipped with negative pressure sensor, signals negative pressure of Dryer Drum to control for instant adjustment of Exhaust Fan Damper, whose angle could be shown on control panel. Therefore, the system being proper navigated, thus the Burner works under optimal condition.
The aggregate bins have compartments that correspond to the screen and the fractions of hot material passing through it. Discharge from the aggregate bin is possible via a number of pneumatic gates, actuated by air cylinders to ensure coarse and fine dosing at the highest accuracy. Each compartment has equipment for continuous level control, while a temperature sensor can be built into each compartment.
The mixing tower holds three scale hoppers, suspended on load cells above the mixer; one for aggregate, one for bitumen and one for filler.
