Applications
On account of low water-solubility, SHIAN-APP-II is specially suitable to be used as acid source for intumescent coatings. Intumescent coatings on the steel structure can meet the requirements the DIN4102 fireproofing grade. For polyurethane foams, SHIAN-APP-II is a suitable halogen-free flame retardant. SHIAN-APP-II has an excellent flame retardant effect in the fibre base material such as paper and wood products. Adding 15-20% SHIAN-APP-II to Casting resins based on epoxy resins or unsaturated polyester resins can reach UL 94-V0 grade.

Melamine modified APP is a flame retardant based on phosphorus /nitrogen synergism, free formaldehyde,manufactured from TFAPP02 with melamine modified according to own method.
TFAPP02-T is different from TFAPP02-1 in the following properties:
-Reduce solubility in water
-Reduce viscosity in water
-Obviously improve dispersibility and compatibility with polymers and resins
-Increase fluidity of powder
-Improve thermal expansion efficiency during inflaming retarding process and insulation performance.

Uses:
Can be widely used in water-soluble fire retardant coating, but also used as a high concentration of binary compound fertilizer, feed additives, liquid detergents, adhesives, ion-exchange agent. Aqueous solution is used for the retardant treatment of textiles, papers, fibers, and wood,etc.

The primary use of Ammonium Sulphate is as a fertilizer for alkaline soils. In the soil the ammonium ion is released and forms a small amount of acid, lowering the pH balance of the soil, while contributing essential nitrogen for plant growth. The main disadvantage to the use of Ammonium Sulphate is its low nitrogen content relative to Ammonium Nitrate, which elevates transportation costs. It is also used as an agricultural spray adjuvant for water soluble insecticides, herbicides, and fungicides.
Ammonium Sulphate Crystal (Capro Grade) is a good nitrogen fertilizer is suitable for general soil and crops. It can make branches and leaves grow vigorously, improve fruit quality, and yield, and enhance crop resistance to disasters. It can be used as base fertilizer, topdressing fertilizer and seed fertilizer.

Description:
Generally speaking, the low melting point polyester chip refers to one specialty polymer with a melting point between 90 and 220.
The melting point of polyester is the temperature at which a solid crystalline substance changes from a solid state to a liquid. So it reflects the purity of polyester. Generally speaking, pure polyester is a partially crystalline polymer with a melting point of 265. But during actual production, some impurities exist in the polyester due to various side reactions. At the same time, the defects of polymer crystals and the difference in crystallinity will also affect the melting point. The common type of low melt polymer is 110. But we can also offer a melting point of 90, 120, 160, and 180.
Application:
Low-melt polyester chips can produce low-melting point fiber, low-melting point synthetic fiber, and thermal-melting mucilage. Its primary usage is acting as bonding fiber in nonwoven fabrics. The end usage lies in clothing, articles for bed, shoe uppers, sleeping bags, sofas, and hygiene products.
LM PET Chip is also the main raw material of masterbatch carriers. That is, low-melt PET chips, conventional chips, and dyes are mixed to produce the polyester color masterbatch according to a certain proportion. The production of this product is the introduction of polyester macromolecules into the modified copolymer unit. And its melting point is in the range of 100-120. Commonly used modifiers are phthalic acid, adipic acid, and trimethylolpropane.
Recently, LM Polymer is also extruded into the back coating of nonwoven, automotive interiors, foam, injection molding, PET sheets, and hot-melt adhesive/glue.
