Types of AAC Blocks
1) Fly Ash AAC Blocks - Superior green solutions with lighter weight and best in compressive strength. Porous structure of it allows for superior fire resistance. It is an eco-friendly replacement for conventional red clay brick in all aspects governed by IS Norms.
2) Sand-based AAC Blocks : A lightweight. smooth finish , High-insulating , durable building product, which is produced in a wide range of sizes and strengths. Compared
to the red bricks AAC blocks are three times higher.
AAC Conductors are made out of Hard drawn EC Grade (min 61% IACS) Aluminium wires stranded in successive layers in opposite direction to form the Aluminium stranded AAC Conductor up to 61 wires.
All Aluminium Conductors are manufactured from electrolytically refined aluminium. They have a high level of purity; the minimum accepted level of aluminium is 99.7%. This product is also known as aluminium stranded conductor, as it is constructed of one or more strands of aluminium wire depending on the intended usage. As a consequence of this high level of purity, AAC Conductors are mainly used in areas where spacing is short and supports are close.
The savings can be almost 30% which can be increased even more by using MagicBond for joining block. In place of cement plaster, should be used. As MagicPlast requires curing time of just 2 hours compared to a week of cement, the water consumption and turnaround time is considerably reduced. Inner structures of AAC blocks have the same insulation and strength as clay bricks increasing the overall carpet area of the structure.
Light Weight: Presence of uniform air pockets in AAC blocks results in significantly less weight compared to the clay bricks.
High Strength:AAC blocks have the compressive strength in the range of 3.5-4N/m2 compared to clay bricks that have just 2.5-3N/m2. The blocks can be efficiently used as a building material for hospitals, schools, high-rises and other structures
Earthquake and Fire Resistant:AAC blocks produced by us and can be very effective against fire and meet stringent requirements regarding fire safety. It can withstand fire up to 1200°C. The material is designed to withstand fire up to 1200°C.
Fusion AAC Blocks (Autoclaved Aerated Concrete) is a certified green building material. These blocks are light weight, load-bearing, high-insulating, durable building product produced in a wide range of sizes and strengths. The raw materials used to manufacture these blocks are cement, fly ash, gypsum, lime and water. Fusion AAC blocks manufacturing involves hardening through steam-curing in autoclaves creating calcium silicates, making them stronger.
These blocks are manufactured in a variety of sizes. These precast concrete blocks are widely used for internal and external wall construction. Fusion blocks are easy to install, nail, drill and cut for pipes and conduits. Most of the volume of an Fusion AAC block is air making them light weight thermally insulative/fire resistant with good acoustic properties.

High workability: thanks to its excellent size/weight ratio, the construction with aac is very rapid. Although aac is a solid building material, it can be cut, sawn, drilled, nailed and milled like wood. This benefit makes it an extremely workable product.
Conecc AAC blocks weight is 33% lighter compared to traditional bricks and depending on project design, savings up to 20% in structural costs can be achieved, due to reduction of dead load.
