Tara gum, E417, CAS no.39300-88-4, used as a thickening agent and stabilizer for food, produced by separating and grinding the endosperm of Caesalpinia spinosa seeds. Characteristics as Emulsifiers, Stabilisers, Thickeners and Gelling Agents. The viscosity of a 1% solution of Tara gum is around 5,500 cps, similar to guar gum and almost three times higher than locust bean gum. Fresh Sweet Cherry : Our sweet cherry variety; Napoleon cherries are available from late May to mid-August. Our fruits are very large, heart-shapped, have long stems, with flesh light red skin color. Napoleon is the most preferred sweet cherry variety. Our cherries are carefully picked and packaged.
We are selling our own cherry, we grow it on our own orchards.
