+ Wood powder is suitable for a functional additive of paperboard and to determine its ability to improve the sheet bulk and to reduce the drying steam. About 90% of paper in the world is made from wood powder. Detailedly, wood purposely harvested accounts for 50% of fiber for paper making, the rests are recycled newspaper and cloth.
+The manufacturing process of paper making includes four steps: making pulp, beating, pulp to paper and finishing. Relating to making pulp, logs are grinded by means of huge revolving slabs. Production Process
Step 1: Exploiting and purchasing wood materials from 3 main sources: the company's own plantation forests; purchasing from forestry companies; and purchasing from households.
Step 2: Determine the weight of the ingredients by electronic scale, then use a wood veneer peeling machine to remove the bark.
Step 3: Raw materials follow the conveyor belt to the wood chipper, where they� are processed into chips, and chips follow the conveyor belt to the sieve.
Step 4: Select and categorize the chips
- Good, right-sized, satisfactory chips will be transferred by the conveyor system to the chipyard.
- The chips are not the right size. They will be returned to the wood chipper to be processed into standard sizes, and when they meet the requirements, they will be transferred to the chipyard.
- The sawdust is taken to the disposal site.
