Acetylated Oxidized starch is chemically two stage modified tapioca starch. It is produced by oxidation of a slurry of starch granules in alkaline hypochlorite at low temperature (21-38°C )
The starch is then esterified with acetic anhydride under mildly alkaline conditions. The product is neutralized with hydrochloric acid, washed, and dried.

Besides of native tapioca starch (food grade), we are producing Alpha tapioca starch (or called Pregelatinized tapioca starch).
Alpha tapioca starch is native tapioca starch basically. It is physically modified by pressure and hot temperature. It is soluble in cool/cold water and acts as a binder in aqua feed, cat sand, metal industries, charcoal, textile, construction industry, etc. Currently, we export it to Japan, Korea, Taiwan and China with average 3,000 MTs per month for steel factories, eel feeding, fish feeding, etc. Some Chinese buyers use it as additive for bakery too.
Moreover, we can do alpha starch mixing with Kaolin, tapioca residue, tapioca starch, etc. according to each specific orders.
We can do various packaging according to specific clients' demand such as PP/PE bag of 25Kgs, or jumbo 500 KGs, 650 KGs with pallet, etc.
Tapioca residue powder is a by-product from tapioca starch production which is highly dehydrated by machinery. With natural good smelling of tapioca root and yellow brown color, it is so attractive for most cattles' feeding such as milk cow, goat, sheep, pig, etc. This is really mostly used in animal feed to supply nutrient effectively and economically.
