Pregelatinized starch is used in products such as baby foods, soups, and baked goods. Pregelatinized starch act as an excipients in food and pharmaceutical industry.
Cationic starch is modified from natural tapioca starch by reacting with a quaternary amine to add a positively charged ammonium group, then through the stages of bleaching, washing, filtering, drying and bagging. This product complies with industrial hygiene and human health safety standards.
Benefits of using Cationic starch:
