Product Description:
1.HEDP is an organophosphoric acid corrosion inhibitor.It can chelate with Fe, Cu, and Zn etc. metal ions and form stable complex compound.It can dissolve the oxidized materials on these metals'surfaces.Under 250'C HEDP shows excellent scale and corrosion inhibition ability.
2. HEDP has good chemical stability under high pH value, hard to be hydro-lyzed,and hard to be decomposed under ordinary light and heat conditions. lts acid/alkali and chlorine oxidation tolerance are better than that of other organophosphoric acids (salt).
3. HEDP can react with metal ions in water system to form hexa-element chelating complex. with calcium ion in particular.Therefore, HEDP has good antiscale and visible threshold effects. When built together with other water treatment chemicals, it shows good synergistic effects.
4. The solid of HEDP is high purity product, suitable for using in winter and freezing districts.It is quite suitable for using as cleaning agent in electronic fields and as additives in daily chemicals.
Application Range:
1. HEDP is widely used in the in circulating cool water system of electric power, chemical industy, metallurgy, fertilizer, etc.and widely used as a scale and corrosion inhibitor of low-pressure boilers, field waterflood, oil pipeline
2. In light&textile industry, HEDP is used as detergent for metal and nonmetal.In dyeing industry, HEDP is used as peroxide stabilizer and dye-fixing agent.
3. In non-cyanide electroplating, HEDP is used as chelating agent. The dosage of 1-10mg/L is preferred as scale inhibitor,and 1000-2000mg/L as detergent. Usually,HEDP is used together with polycarboxylic acid.
Packing and storage:
Store above 0â??/32â?? .Do not use steel containers. Suitable containers include polyethylene,fibreglass,glasslined steel and polyvinyl chloride.Do not use copper or brass plumbing or valves.Ensure tha containers,whether empty ,or full or part full,are tightly sealed unless in use.Avoid creating or breathing product mist. Use with adequate exhaust ventilation if a mist is created.

Advantage:
1.Benzalkonium chloramine owns the broad spectrum, highly effect to be sterilization and algicide,specially for killing the sulfate-reducing bacteria.
2.Soluble in water, easy to use, free from the influence of water hardness, and a strong sticky-mud exfoliation.
3.Low toxicity and no toxicity accumulation, unlike chlorine causes secondary pollution, as it contains residual chlorine if used in water treatment.
4.In the system which can not control if use chlorine, Benzalkonium chloride can effectively control the growth of algal blooms and slime.
5.Even under the different range of PH value, Benzalkonium chloride has strong biocide ability, as it can be used both in acidic and alkaline conditions.
6. Owning dispersion and penetration effect, BKC can penetrate and remove slime and peel attached algae .It also has oil degreasing and cleaning ability.
Usage:
As nonoxidizing boicide, the preferred dosage is 50-100mg/L; as sludge remover, 200-300mg/L dosage is preferred,and it can add the appropriate amount of silicone antifoaming agent if needed for this purpose.
This product can be used together with other fungicidal ,such as isothiazolinones, glutaraldegyde, dithionitrile methane for synergism, but cannot be used together with chlorophenols. If sewage is appeared after thrown of this product in circulating cool water, the sewage should be filtered or blown off in time to prevent their deposit in bottom of collecting tank after froth disappearance.
No blending with anion surfactant.
