Our siliconized fiber mainly can be used in home textile, such as filling sofa, pillow, cushion and winter clothing and non siliconized mainly can be used in non woven fabrics, such as padding, mattress and wadding.
The polyester staple fiber machine (PSF plant) takes virgin PET Chips, recycled Bottle Flakes, Popcorn and Lumps, etc., as raw material, with continuous drying (or batch drying through Vacuum Dryer), high pressure melt spinning process engineering and VFD controlled Spinning & Stretching process engineering to produce normal Staple Fibre, High Tenacity Low Elongation Staple Fibre and Hollow Fibre. Single plant capacity is 15T.P.D. to 80T.P.D.

ES fiber is a sheath-core composite fiber obtained by successfully combining low-melting components and high-melting components on a single fiber.
It has excellent thermal bonding properties. The low melting point component in ES fiber melts under heat treatment conditions higher than its melting point, and bond with other materials to form a binder-free environmentally and friendly non-woven fabric.
ES fiber has various advantages such as soft, fluffy, low-temperature processing, heat-bonding, plasticity, non-toxic, non-irritating, and lightweight. It is mainly used to manufacture high-quality sanitary products such as sanitary napkins and diapers. And it is also high-quality materials used to make medical products such as medical protective cloth and medical protective masks, and so on.
There are two main types of ES fibers. The first kind is a composite of PE and PP. Its sheath layer is PE (polyethylene, melting point 130�°C), and its core layer is PP (polypropylene, melting point 165�°C).
The second kind is a composite of PE and PE. Its sheath layer is PE, and the core layer is PET (polyester, melting point 255â??), which is an upgraded version of PE/PP.
ES is divided into EP and ET in terms of material and functionally divided into the hydrophilic, water-repellent, hydrophilic, and weak parent, single parent, multi-parent.In addition, it also can be divided into whitening, general whitening, high holding, medium holding, and low holding. The specifications are 1.5D38mm, 2D38mm, 4D51mm, and so on. In the future, the trend will gradually develop towards fine deniers.

ES fiber is produced by composite spinning technology with sheath-core structure, sheath is PE, and core is PET or PP. During heat processing, sheath components are melted and adhered to stick fiber together, but core will be there to keep good resilience and shaping.
It's used for nonwoven fabric, applied to medical (facial mask), hygiene products (baby diaper, women sanitary napkins, filter industry, etc.

End use of Bottle grade chips mainly depends on the Intrinsic Viscosity (IV). PET Chips with IV 0.80 is mainly used for drinking water bottles and mineral water bottles. PET Chips with IV 0.82 is mainly used in making bottles for carbonated beverages, small bottle for edible oil, alcohol, medicines and pet sheets as they need better quality and high finished product rate. PET Chips with IV of 0.85 are mainly used for making huge packing bottles for carbonated beverages and 3-5 gallons water bottles as these bottles should to have great strength and resistance against high pressure. Sodium chlorate is an inorganic compound with the chemical formula NaClO3. It is a white crystalline powder that is readily soluble in water. It is hygroscopic. It decomposes above 300 C to release oxygen and leaves sodium chloride. Several hundred million tons are produced annually, mainly for applications in bleaching pulp to produce high brightness paper.
The main commercial use for sodium chlorate is for making chlorine dioxide (ClO2). The largest application of ClO2, which accounts for about 95% of the use of chlorate, is in bleaching of pulp. All other, less important chlorates are derived from sodium chlorate, usually by salt metathesis with the corresponding chloride. All perchlorate compounds are produced industrially by the oxidation of solutions of sodium chlorate by electrolysis.
