New-type hot-connectivity composite fiber is made from different types of modified high molecular materials through advanced composite spining technology. It has unique characteristic of melting at low temperature, and after hot treatment, it can naturally adhere without use of binder, green and environmental. The product abides by strict sanitation control standards to achieve sanitation material grade. The products include ES fiber and ETS modified polyester composite staple fiber which is initiated by the company, and can be applied to production of surface layer and guide layer of disposable sanitary articles
Functional characteristic
the product is a kind of chemical blend provided with advantages of the two materials. ES fiber has low melting point on the superficial layer, soft, bouffant and pervious, while the core layer has certain intensity and fiber state. ETS fiber is provided with advantages of heat bonding, high hygroscopicity and antistatic property, etc.
Application scope
the sanitary products are applicable to hot air penetrating technology to produce surface layer and guide layer of disposable sanitary materials such as paper diaper and sanitary towel; the conventional low-melting fiber is applicable to production of hard cotton, decorative wall board, environmental mattress, seat mat, environmental filter media, constructional acoustic damping and heat insulation materials, etc.
ES fiber is produced by composite spinning technology with sheath-core structure, sheath is PE, and core is PET or PP. During heat processing, sheath components are melted and adhered to stick fiber together, but core will be there to keep good resilience and shaping.
It's used for nonwoven fabric, applied to medical (facial mask), hygiene products (baby diaper, women sanitary napkins, filter industry, etc.
Specification: 3-110D * cutting length 5~102mm, color can be according to customer`s requirement.
Our products can be used in non-woven, automotive interiors, geo-textiles, speaker cloth and needle carpet, spinning wool, filters, adsorption materials.
Our fiber also can be added flame retardant, anti-UV, anti-aging properties according to the customer's requirement.
Bleached Softwood Pulp is commonly used in the production of most paper, paperboard and tissue products. Softwood pulp brings strength to the end product, as well as runnability and excellent dewatering properties to the production process.
The polyester staple fiber machine (PSF plant) takes virgin PET Chips, recycled Bottle Flakes, Popcorn and Lumps, etc., as raw material, with continuous drying (or batch drying through Vacuum Dryer), high pressure melt spinning process engineering and VFD controlled Spinning & Stretching process engineering to produce normal Staple Fibre, High Tenacity Low Elongation Staple Fibre and Hollow Fibre. Single plant capacity is 15T.P.D. to 80T.P.D.

Sodium chlorate is an inorganic compound with the chemical formula NaClO3. It is a white crystalline powder that is readily soluble in water. It is hygroscopic. It decomposes above 300 C to release oxygen and leaves sodium chloride. Several hundred million tons are produced annually, mainly for applications in bleaching pulp to produce high brightness paper.
The main commercial use for sodium chlorate is for making chlorine dioxide (ClO2). The largest application of ClO2, which accounts for about 95% of the use of chlorate, is in bleaching of pulp. All other, less important chlorates are derived from sodium chlorate, usually by salt metathesis with the corresponding chloride. All perchlorate compounds are produced industrially by the oxidation of solutions of sodium chlorate by electrolysis.
