The product consists of small crushed particles of corn seeds of various shapes, obtained by crushing and sifting, previously peeled from shells and corn germ. Color: yellow with gradation. Smell: typical for corn grits, without extraneous smells, not stale, not moldy, not malty.
Maximum product shelf life - 12 month from production date. Product must be stored in dry, good ventilated, not infested by pests warehouses witch comply to sanitary standards with humidity less than 75%. Product stored on dry, clean, undamaged pallets.
Product packed in polypropylene bags, which provide Product safety. Bags must be clean, dry, not infested with pests, without damages and extraneous smell. Product packed in 25-50kg bags or 1000kg big-bags.
Each bag marked with label which contain next information:
- Manufacturer name, address, phone number and country of origin
- Product name
- Netto weight (kg,t)
- Batch no
- Production date
- Shelf life
- Storage conditions
- Technical specification in accordance to which product was manufactured

Each Product batch supports with Certificate of Analysis to each Product batch included to supply. CoA printed on the company letterhead, signed by responsible QC personnel and stamped.

PAYMENT METHOD - NON-TRANSFERABLE DLC / SBLC
1. After the Contract signed by Parties - Seller and Buyer, the Buyer agrees to provide POF
(Proof Of Funds) within 5-7 banking days: RWA or BCL via SWIFT 799 (from bank to bank) for monthly shipment.
2. After receiving POF from the Buyer, the Seller agrees to provide:
POP (Proof Of Product) in the form of warehouse receipt.
Within 5 banking days after receipt of POP the Buyer first shall issue Operative, Irrevocable, Transferable / Non-transferable, Confirmed DLC / SBLC in USD for the amount of 100% of the first shipment value according to the Proforma INVOICE which is integral part of the Contract.
The validity of DLC / SBLC is 60 banking days. The Seller shall inform buyer about loading details.
4. After receiving the DLC / SBLC from the Buyer the Seller should issue 2% PERFOMANCE BOND from the amount of DLC (as the guarantee of shipping of the goods to destination port).
The validity of 2% PB is 60 banking days. DLC / SBLC will be activated after receiving the Performance bond by the Buyer.
5. The payment for the shipped consignment shall be made via MT 103 /202 at the loading against the BL, SGS quality & quantity report and shipping documents in the loading port
and then the vessel leaves the loading port.

yellow maize is a variety of sweet corn. Its ears are wrapped in tightly bound lime-hued husks with silks and a tassel that extend out from the tip. Freshly harvested yellow corn at its peak ripeness is sweet, offering flavors of almond and sugar, the kernels so succulent, the skin pops as you bite into it. As the corn matures, the kernels lose their milky consistency giving way to a starchy and doughy consistency. At this point, the corn is considered a grain crop and is best suited for processing or feed stock.
