First we designed and shaped the shield by clay. After we decided up the design, took mold of this clay shield. Now we're using mold to produce this shield but mold belongs us too. Final product is a mix design of polyester. To produce strong and resistant products, i use my own formula which includes densely polyester.
This difficult and long process of production as in pictures, makes it precious, special and "unique wall decor".
Please be aware that, due to the fact that our products are either individually cast, carved, hand painted and hand finished, there will inevitably be minor variations in size, colour and texture.
