Working Principle
6APE Thermal protector is connected to PTC in parallel, then connecting to Application in series. PTC doesnt generate high temperature when the application running normally.
When the application works abnormally. which causes the ambient temperature to exceed the prescribed value, the protector will be open. Then, the current assigned to the application will be too low to start it, Meanwhile, the heat generated by PTC will remain the protector open until the power is unplugged.
After the power is unplugged, the ambient temperature will decrease and then, the protector will close again.
8AME Series are both temperature and current sensitive.they can protect the applications like motor or transformer from over heating or loading.

Design Principles
Temperature protection:
When ambient temperature exceeds the specified value, the inside bimetal of 8AME series will trip off to cut the circuit. when the temperature lowers down, the bimetal will reset and the circuit is connected again.
Current Protection:
Auxiliary heater works together with bimetal, which can control the trip off time precisely. when the current exceeds the prescribed value, 8AME will cut the circuit immediately.

1. Compressor
Riou uses the famous compressor, like bizer, copeland, danfoss, sanyo, taiwan hanbell and taiwan fu sheng, to ensure the quality. Riou believes that diversified choices can meet most of the clients' needs.
2. Control panel
Normally, scroll chiller is equipped key control panel with led display and screw chiller is controlled by touch screen (human-machine interface). You can choose punp (usual), siemens or mitsubishi brand. According to your needs, the chiller can be long-range controlled.
4. Condenser
Riou industrial brine chiller normally adopts shell and tube type condenser. The refrigerant will be cooled down here by the water cooling tower. That’s the reason why water cooled chiller need water cooling tower.
As the water cooled chiller doesn’t need fan, it’ll not influence the surrounding temperature. Besides, the surrounding temperature impact on the water cooled chiller is small.
5. Evaporator
For the brine chiller, you can choose “ti coil tube” or “heat exchanger” type. Which are both anti-corrosive.
6. Water pump
For brine chiller, it needs stainless steel pump.
7. Water tank
The chiller usually is equipped a water tank inside. Besides, riou can provide different capacity of water tanks inside or outside the chiller for clients to keep the liquid temperature in the water tank. The material of water tank is 304# stainless steel in usual.
