Our flat type egg conveyor belts are making by high quality polypropylene yarn and it able to guarantee a slow absorption of the eggs breaking and also the cleaning of other eggs during the transport on the belt. The polypropylene material doesn¡¦t absorb the water and it doesn¡¦t restrain the humidity, for this reason the polypropylene belts don¡¦t feel the effects of the climate and sudden changes of temperature. Our polypropylene yarn is treated with uv-resistance processing and antistatic, so it is durable and doesn¡¦t attract the dust. The belts can be joined by sewing or soldering (welding) them by ultrasounds.
