Galvalume is an aluminum-zinc alloy coated steel : produced by a continuous hot dip process, has about 55% aluminum, 43.4% zinc and 1.6% silicon. This coating combines the superior corrosion resistance of aluminum with the cut edge protection of zinc.

Hot dipped aluminized steel (AL) is a rolled steel with an aluminized metal coating desined specifically for high temperature applications.
The coating consists of an aluminium alloy containing about 8~10% silicon.
* HEAT RESISTANCE : Lengthy exposure to temperatures up to 450 degrees Celsius causes very little change in Hot dipped aluminized steel and does not affect its attractive surface brightness, compared with galvanized steel sheet and cold-rolled steel sheet.
