â??PAYMENT TERMS: â??L/C, Confirmed MT700 at sight. The L/C has to be with full value of seller commercial invoices and its conditions. For getting accurate pricing information, please provide total and monthly quantities needed (MT) and the destination country of deliveries.
Conditions :
Commercial invoice will be sent (seller)by swift to the buyer bank,after the buyer accepts FCO.
Seller pledges,and undertakes to issue a bank guarantee of 24 million USD or 20% of the value of the goods sold to the buyer who opens ( L/C ) MT 700 at Sight with full conditions of the commercial invoice .
This will serve as a penalty in case of non-fulfillment or delay in delivery or non-arrival of the goods to the customer port.
This guarantee will be in favour of the buyer immediately after 45 days without reference to it, after the arrival of the l/C from the official bank email, with a serial number ,issued by the Saudi swift system which is accept to us .

The buyer sends an LOI to the seller.
1- The seller sends FCO to the buyer.
2- The seller and the buyer sign the FCO.
3- The buyer will issue LC mt705 Pre-advise with complete details and terms and conditions And proof of funds �¢?�¦ (bank-to-bank)
4-, the seller will issue the final contract (SPA) and Invoice and send it to the buyer
5- After mutual confirmation of LC draft seller and buyer side, the buyer will make the LC MT700 (irrevocable, confirmed, revolving LC at sight). 8- The seller will send videos and instruct SGS people for inspection and also the seller will allow visiting buyers for visiting the factory and warehouse
6- After receiving of confirmed LC in the sellers bank, shipment will be affected.
7- The seller will present SGS-Report and shipping documents to the bank.
8- The buyer's bank will release the money against the shipping documents.
9- 20% Performance Bond from Seller side.
10- we have ability to export huge qty to anywhere in the world.
