PE 100 brand welded polyethylene fittings are adaptor fittings for PE100 high-density polyethylene pipes. These fittings are manufactured by connecting pipe sections by welding. Released PE 100 brand welded polyethylene fittings have the following configurations and types: 15°, 30°, 45°, 60° and 90°. These fittings are designed for pipe connections at the areas, where pipeline directions (turns and branches) and diameter change.
PE 100 brand welded polyethylene fittings are connected to pipes by exactly lining-up and welding ends with the help of a special welding set.
PE 100 brand welded polyethylene fittings have increased chemical resistance, temperature changes and deformations. These fittings are not subjected to oxidation, and do not decompose for a long time. These properties can be applied both to internal as well as external surfaces of sewage Fittings. As distinct from PVC Fittings, they have high impact resistance.
