Graphite Paper, Sheet plate Description :
Graphite paper and graphite plate: it is made of high carbon phosphorus graphite by chemical treatment and high temperature expansion rolling. It is the basic material for manufacturing various graphite seals. It is widely used in the dynamic and static seals of machines, pipes, pumps and valves in electric power, petroleum, chemical industry, instrument, machinery, diamond and other industries. It is an ideal new sealing material to replace traditional seals such as rubber, fluoroplastic and asbestos.
With the acceleration of the upgrading of electronic products and the increasing demand for heat dissipation management of mini, high integration and high-performance electronic equipment, a new heat dissipation technology of electronic products, that is, a new heat dissipation solution of graphite material, has also been introduced. This new natural graphite solution uses graphite paper with high heat dissipation efficiency, small occupied space and light weight. It conducts heat evenly in both directions, eliminates "hot spot" areas, shields heat sources and components, and improves the performance of consumer electronic products.

The following two items shall be paid attention to when storing graphite paper:
1. Storage environment: graphite paper is suitable to be placed in a dry and flat place, and is not exposed to the sun to prevent extrusion and reduce collision in the production process; It has certain conductivity, so when it needs to be stored, it should be far away from the power wire.
2. Prevention of cracking: the graphite paper is very soft, and we can cut it according to requirements. In order not to break them during storage, it is not suitable for folding or bending and folding at a small angle. General graphite paper products are suitable for cutting into sheets, such as rolled into barrels or flat storage in the shape of A4 paper.
